​This project involved a complete transformation and modernization of a one-bedroom condominium, including a 62-square-foot enclosed patio addition and a comprehensive interior remodel. The result is a significantly improved condominium with a more efficient floor plan, an additional bedroom, a modern bathroom, dedicated laundry facilities, upgraded electrical systems, and contemporary living spaces—all while making the most of the existing footprint.

The existing front patio was enclosed and incorporated into the living area, creating 62 square feet of new conditioned living space that was converted into a dedicated laundry room with new washer and dryer hookups.

The condominium’s layout was completely reconfigured to maximize functionality and improve the use of the available space. The existing kitchen was relocated to the former dining area, allowing the original kitchen space to be converted into a new bedroom. The former walk-in closet was redesigned and transformed into a modern bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower, while a new closet was added to provide practical storage for the bedroom.

The project also included a complete electrical upgrade, with new electrical work, modern lighting, and upgraded fixtures throughout the unit. The entire interior was remodeled and refreshed with new luxuary flooring and paint to create a more functional, contemporary, and comfortable living environment.
