This project is a full-service renovation delivered from initial concept through final inspection. Our scope encompassed architectural design, space planning, permit acquisition, construction, and close-out; providing the client with a seamless, turnkey experience.
The existing kitchen was completely reimagined to improve flow, functionality, and visual continuity with the adjacent living space. We introduced a clean, modern layout anchored by a custom peninsula and a sculptural ceiling-mounted hood, creating a strong focal point while maintaining openness through the arched opening.
All cabinetry was replaced with custom, flat-panel wood cabinets featuring integrated hardware and optimized storage solutions. New quartz countertops with subtle veining provide durability and a refined aesthetic, complemented by contrasting tile backsplash that adds texture and depth.
We upgraded all systems to current code, including new electrical, lighting, and plumbing. The lighting plan incorporates recessed LED fixtures for even illumination, enhancing both task efficiency and ambient comfort. New stainless steel appliances were installed to align with the modern design language and improve performance.
Finishes were carefully curated to achieve a warm contemporary style—balancing natural wood tones, soft neutrals, and clean lines. Flooring was updated throughout to create continuity and durability, tying the entire space together.
